Here are some basic troubleshooting tips for Google Add-On

* If you use multiple Gmail accounts, log out from all of them and then log into the account you want to use with Conduit.
* Open <https://workspace.google.com/u/0/marketplace/app/conduitapp\\_data\\_connector\\_for\\_sheets/675859399176>
* Click the Install button
* Open a spreadsheet
* Open the Extensions menu, Wait 10 seconds.
