Here are some basic troubleshooting tips for Google Add-On

• If you use multiple Gmail accounts, log out from all of them and then log into the account you want to use with Conduit.

• Open https://workspace.google.com/u/0/marketplace/app/conduitapp_data_connector_for_sheets/675859399176

• Click the Install button

• Open a spreadsheet

• Open the Extensions menu, Wait 10 seconds.
