# Google Ads Quality Score

Quality Score is a special case.

The Google API returns this metric only for keywords that meet a certain threshold of search volume. More information here: <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6167118?hl=en>.

*If you see a "—" in the Quality Score column, it means there haven't been enough searches matching your keywords to determine a Quality Score.*

Therefore, for most queries, the Quality Score metric is zero, and it should only be aggregated for rows where the metric is not zero.
